[Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment on the adult groin hernia (2018 edition)].

Throughout the world, the related etiology, pathology, classification and typing of groin hernia, combined with the clinical practice in China, on the basis of the previous edition of the Guidelines, through the domestic more than 50 experts and scholars to discuss the consultation, completed the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment on the Adult Groin Hernia (2018 edition)" . The diagnosis, differential diagnosis, surgical treatment and other aspects of inguinal hernia were comprehensively expounded. It also points out the viewpoints, measures and methods of evidence-based medical evidence support. The relevant medical institutions and peers in China are requested to carry out the actual clinical reference.
