Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Choice of hysterectomy and adjuvant treatment for International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) 2009 stage II endometrioid endometrial cancer (EEC) is still controversial. Aims of this study were to evaluate survival benefits and adverse effects of different hysterectomies with or without adjuvant radiotherapy (RT), and to identify prognostic factors.Entities:

(A) Five-year RFS rates for SH alone, SH with RT, RH alone, and RH with RT were 86.9%, 90.1%, 87.3%, and 91.5%, respectively (p=0.706). (B) Five-year LRFS rates for SH alone, SH with RT, RH alone, and RH with RT were 88.9%, 96.4%, 88.2%, and 93.9%, respectively (p=0.141). (C) Five-year OS rate for SH alone, SH with RT, RH alone, and RH with RT were 94.7%, 93.0%, 95.7%, and 95.1%, respectively (p=0.863).
