Abstract
Ribavirin, a drug with known antiviral activity, was given to mice with established lupus nephritis. Ribavirin was effective in prolonging survival, reducing the titer of antibodies to DNA, and reversing proteinuria. Other antiviral agents were not effective in the dosages used.Entities:
