Abstract
Coronary artery fistulas are defined as abnormal vascular connections between one or more coronary arteries and the cardiac chamber [coronary cameral fistula (CCF)] or a great thoracic vessel. Here, we present multimodality imaging findings of a rare case with CCF between the sinoatrial nodal artery and the left atrium.Entities:

Figure 1(A and B) Coronary angiographic appearance of the coronary cameral fistula between the sinoatrial nodal artery and the left atrium (arrows indicate the collaterals). (C–F) Coronary computed tomographic appearance of the coronary cameral fistula between the sinoatrial nodal artery and the left atrium (arrows indicate the sinoatrial nodal artery separate from the aorta with different ostium and drainage to the left atrium). Ao = aorta; LA = left atrium; RCA = right coronary artery; SA = sinoatrial.
