Abstract
This article reviews legal and scientific literature relating to Advance Care Planning (ACP) and Advance Care Directives (ACDs) in Australia, for information about (a) opportunities or benefits of ACP and ACDs and (b) risks, barriers or difficulties in relation to ACP and ACDs. These are discussed in relation to (c) the implications for uptake use and benefit of storage in the My Health Record's Advance Care Planning Document.Entities:
