Abstract
A child receiving unilateral pulmonary radiation therapy for metastatic Wilms' tumor in early childhood was noted to develop gradually an asymmetrical thorax. This was clinically diagnosed as scoliosis but radiographs indicated pulmonary hypoplasia as the true cause.Entities:
