Abstract
The authors report a case of multiple spinal dissemination originating from an intracranial germ cell tumor. Nuclear magnetic resonance imaging is a useful and noninvasive study for evaluating multiple dissemination and the effects of therapy, whereas myelography is invasive and demonstrates the lesion as a negative, indirect shadow defect. The usefulness and some problems of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging of spinal tumor are discussed.Entities:
