Juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma: an unusual presentation in the oral cavity.

Abstract

The juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is a vascular neoplasm that is rarely encountered in the oral cavity. An unusual case of a juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma that presented initially as an asymptomatic palatal mass is reported. The clinical features, diagnosis, and management of this lesion are discussed.
