Abstract
We describe here a simple, inexpensive microcomputer-assisted densitometer for use with quantitative receptor autoradiography. The resolution of this system is approximately 100 micron. With this system, and an accompanying program DENSIT, it is relatively easy to convert density values of autoradiograms into molar quantities of bound ligand. The general design of the system and the logic of the DENSIT program are applicable to a variety of hardware systems.Mesh：
