OBJECTIVES: Evaluate the incidence of digital infarction and tissue necrosis using local anesthesia with 1% lidocaine and 1:100,000 epinephrine in wrist, hand, and fingers surgeries, without a tourniquet, without sedation, and without an anesthesiologist.Entities:
