Abstract
The effects of naltrexone on the behavior in mice were investigated by using a multi-dimensional behavioral analyser. Within 15 min following observation, naltrexone preferentially suppressed the linear locomotion at the 10 and 30 mg/kg doses. The results suggest that naltrexone selectively disrupts the linear locomotion without affecting other behaviors in mice.Entities:
