Abstract
The case is reported of a patient in whom a cervical lymph node metastasis decreased in size while the primary intracranial glioblastoma continued to grow during chemotherapy with CCNU (1-(2-chloroethyl)-3-cyclohexyl-1-nitrosourea). This is the first such case reported in humans. Possible explanations for this phenomenon are discussed.Entities:
