Abstract
The authors report a case of Cushing's Disease that first presented as a diagnostically confusing Atypical Psychosis. Sudden death occurred secondary to unexpected gastrointestinal bleed. Pathological findings confirmed the diagnosis. Neurochemical mechanisms for the behavioral aberrations are explored.Entities:
