New-onset headaches secondary to spontaneous intracranial hypotension.

Abstract

We describe the case of a 54-year-old man who presented with new-onset positional headaches and seizures, which were determined to be secondary to spontaneous intracranial hypotension due to a cervicothoracic spinal cerebrospinal fluid leak, and its associated complications. © BMJ Publishing Group Ltd (unless otherwise stated in the text of the article) 2018.
