Abstract
B7-H3, a member of the B7 family of immunoregulatory proteins, is overexpressed in cancer and promotes tumor growth, metastasis, and drug resistance. We discuss here the involvement of B7-H3 in cancer that goes beyond its immune regulatory function, and discuss the potential of B7-H3 as a biomarker and therapeutic target.Entities:
