Subjects' demographic characteristics according to sex in KNHANES, 2015
All estimates were weighted and calculated taking the complex study design into account.
KNHANES: Korea National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey
1)P-value was obtained from a chi-square test for categorical variable and from the General Linear model (GLM) for continuous variables.
2)Values are expressed as the number of subjects for each category (%) or mean ± SD.
3)Physical activity was assigned “yes” if the subject practiced moderate-intensity physical activity for a week for more than 2 hours 30 minutes or practiced high-intensity physical activity for more than 1 hour and 15 minutes or practiced with moderate intensity and high-intensity physical activity (2 minutes moderate intensity for high intensity one minute)
4)The response base differs because there are cases of irrelevant responses or no responses.
*P < 0.05
Subjects' demographic characteristics according to sex in KNHANES, 2015
KNHANES, Korea National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey; SBP, systolic blood pressure; DBP, diastolic blood pressure; HbA1c, glycated hemoglobin; HDL, high density lipoprotein; LDL, low density lipoprotein; GOT, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase; GPT, glutamic pyruvate transaminase; WBC, white blood cell; RBC, red blood cell; hs-CRP, high sensitivity C-reactive protein.
All estimates were weighted and calculated taking the complex study design into account.
1)P-value was obtained from a general linear model (GLM) for continuous variables.
2)Values are expressed as the number of subjects for mean ± SD.
3)Body mass index was divided by the square of height (m2).
*P < 0.05

Odds ratio and 95% confidence interval of MetS risk factors according to the consumption of fish in KNHANES, 2015 (n = 1,520)
KNHANES, Korea National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey; OR, odds ratio; CI, confidence interval; BP, blood pressure; SBP, systolic blood pressure; DBP, diastolic blood pressure; HDL, high density lipoprotein; LDL, low density lipoprotein
