Abstract
Lipids are primary metabolites used for energy storage, signal transduction, and pigmentation, besides being common membrane components. Considering the importance of comprehensive lipid analysis (lipidomics) for a detailed understanding of cellular metabolic states, this chapter introduces liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry as a powerful untargeted plant lipidomics technique.Entities:
