Abstract
Here, we present a rare case of unilateral fibromatosis colli of the sternocleidomastoid in an infant with contralateral clavicle fracture after assisted vaginal delivery. We also try to reason that because of right sternocleidomastoid tension, the fracture in the right clavicle was avoided, and because of left-sided clavicle fracture, left sternocleidomastoid muscle did not form pseudotumor as there was release of tension in these muscle fibers after fracture.Entities:
