Abstract
BACKGROUND: Intramedullary spinal hemangioblastomas are known to be accompanied by syringomyelia. CASE DESCRIPTION: Here, we report a patient who presented with symptoms of a Chiari malformation but was found to have a D4 intramedullary hemangioblastoma with a holocord syrinx.Entities:
