Abstract
Twenty five-year-old pitcher presented with acute right middle and index finger numbness and coolness. Angiogram showed a 5mm axillary pseudoaneurysm and near complete occlusion of ulnar and common interosseous artery, ulnar side of the palmar arch, and ulnar digital artery. Patient deferred surgery, treatment with tPA and heparin succeeded in reperfusion.Entities:
