Abstract
We present an exemplary case of an immunocompromised patient with pulmonary mucormycosis successfully treated by a combination of surgical removal of the mucor and urokinase to control the recurring hemothorax. The use of urokinase in hemothoraces is a way to reduce repetitive surgeries in weak patients.Entities:
