Abstract
The intra-pericardial paraganglioma is very rare and most of them present with hypertension or palpitations. Here we reported an extraordinarily rare case of intra-pericardial paraganglioma presenting as faint, pitting edema, abdominal fullness with ascites, and hemopericardium with impending tamponade, which was treated successfully by emergent pericardiocentesis and surgical resection.Entities:
