Abstract
Occasionally, severe coronary insufficiency necessitates the placement of an intraaortic balloon pump in a patient with a preexisting synthetic aortofemoral bypass graft. Our experience with two such patients suggests that insertion of the intraaortic balloon through a limb of the aortofemoral graft is a safe and effective technique.Entities:
