Uterus didelphys: two pregnancies, two term breech caesarean deliveries.

Abstract

We report the case of a woman with uterus didelphys who spontaneously conceived two singleton pregnancies, one in each uterus, and was delivered in both instances of a healthy breech infant at term by elective caesarean section. © BMJ Publishing Group Ltd (unless otherwise stated in the text of the article) 2018.
