Abstract
A 20-year-old man presented with a left sixth nerve paresis associated with ipsilateral Horner's syndrome several days after surgical drainage of a facial abscess. This unusual association between sixth nerve palsy and Horner's syndrome is presented and its neuroanatomic correlation is discussed.Entities:
