Abstract
Repair of coarctation of the aorta using Dacron onlay patch grafting performed in a 2 1/2-year-old child, with subsequent late formation of a true aneurysm on the side of the graft, is reported. Review of the literature did not reveal other cases of late formation of true aneurysm on the side of the Dacron onlay patch graft.Entities:
