Abstract
Biased agonism at G-protein-coupled receptors is generally conceptualized as the ability of certain stimuli to trigger downstream signaling exclusively through one of two effectors. Recent studies reveal that signaling downstream of the β1 adrenergic receptor and the angiotensin II type 1 receptor induced by biased stimuli actually involves both effectors.Entities:
