Abstract
Accumulating evidences has shown that tumor suppressor candidate 7 (TUSC7) as a putatively tumor suppressor gene in various tumors. The low-expression of TUSC7 is related to poor prognosis, and increased the proliferation rate of tumor cells. Over-expression of TUSC7 could suppress tumor cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and colony formation, suggesting that TUSC7 might be a diagnostic and prognostic biomarker, as well as therapeutic target. In this review, we summarized the molecular mechanism and clinical significance of TUSC7 in tumorigenesis, tumor progression, and prognosis.Entities:
