Abstract
Aim: The sit and reach test (S&R), dorsiflexion lunge test (DLT), and adductor squeeze test (AST) are commonly used in weekly musculoskeletal screening for athlete monitoring and injury prevention purposes. The aim of this study was to determine the normal week to week variability of the test scores, individual differences in variability, and the effects of training load on the scores.Entities:

Values are Pearson correlation coefficients. The highest value of each row is in bold.
The number of observations for training load measures ranged from 3,271 (cumulative 28 day) to 4,503 (smoothed loads).
The number of observations was 8800 for each training load measure. Unlike the pre-season phase, all measures could be calculated from the first day of the in-season.
