Organoids May Point to Best Therapy.

.

Abstract

In a recent study, organoids derived from the metastatic tumors of patients with gastrointestinal cancers had a similar response to treatment as the original tumors. Eventually, organoids could become a useful tool for identifying the most effective therapy for each patient. ©2018 American Association for Cancer Research.
