Abstract
Herein, we discuss a rare case of posttraumatic cervicovertebral junction subdural hematoma and associated cisterna magna subarachnoid hemorrhage. Due to progression in the hydrocephalus, he has undergone midline suboccipital craniectomy and evacuation of the hematoma. The patient made an uneventful recovery.Entities:
