Abstract
Kinetic studies on horse spleen NAD-glycohydrolase demonstrate that the hydrolysis of NAD+ is extensively inhibited by physiological concentrations of nicotinamide and NADP+. These compounds act as reversibly released product and competitive inhibitor respectively.Entities:
