Abstract
Angiosarcoma is a rare malignancy of vascular endothelial origin. We describe a case of angiosarcoma of the hand initially histopathologically diagnosed as a pseudoaneurysm, emphasizing the diagnostic importance of radiological pathologic concordance. Here we highlight the distinctive imaging and the histopathologic features of angiosarcoma, invaluable to its accurate and timely diagnosis.Entities:
