Abstract
We present a case of Mycobacterium chimaera infection presenting with aortic dissection and pseudoaneuysm in a 22-year-old man with a past history of aortic valve replacement. Clinicians should consider M. chimaera infection in those presenting with aortic dissection as a late complication of cardiovascular surgery.Entities:
