Abstract
Examining tracheal microbiota before, during and after acute respiratory infection in patients with a tracheostomy demonstrated large baseline intrapatient microbiota variability and a significant bloom of Haemophilus and Moraxella on day 1 of acute respiratory infection symptoms. The tracheal microbiota community composition changed significantly from baseline to 1 month after acute respiratory infection.Entities:
