Secondary prevention indication includes: cardiac arrest (presumably) due to VT or VF, spontaneous sustained VT or VF with structural heart disease (symptomatic and non-symptomatic), unexplained syncope with structural heart disease, unexplained syncope with (depressed EF and) inducible VT/VF.
Overweight defined as BMI (kg/m2) between 25 and 29 and obese defined as BMI > 30.
CRT indication defined as LVEF < 35% with NYHA class II and QRS > 150 ms or NYHA III/IV and QRS > 120 ms.
