Abstract

The African migrant communities in Europe face many challenges including poor health outcomes. Migrant community leaders can play a crucial role in addressing the health needs of their community members. In this paper, we described Sub-Saharan African migrant community leaders' action to improve the health of their faith-based community members in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. © Article author(s) (or their employer(s) unless otherwise stated in the text of the article) 2018.
