All population data were gathered form deputy of health, Kashan University of Medical Sciences (KAUMS). Since validity of these data has been cross-checked with the results of two national censuses held in 2006 and 2011, it is assumed that the data of KAUMS for all other years is accurate and valid. Data for 2006 is included just as an example.
