Abstract
Infarction of the spinal cord is a rare entity in clinical practice. Limited literature exists on spinal cord stroke treatment, and the management is often symptomatic. The anterior spinal cord syndrome is the most common phenomenology, but here we present 2 nontraumatic spinal hemicord infarctions in elderly patients and discuss the clinical and radiological characteristics.Entities:
