Neurophysiological analysis of the mechanisms of reinforcement of conditioned reflexes.

The role of excitation of emotiogenic zones in the elaboration of the conditioned reflex (CR) was studied in rats. It was proposed that the emotions control the efficacy of synaptic connections in the sensorimotor cortex, which possibly carry out a reinforcement function.
