[Seborrheic pemphigoid].

A 67-year-old male patient is reported whose clinical manifestations and histological and immunofluorescence features corresponded to seborrheic pemphigoid. This male patient is in contrast with the few cases previously described in the literature, as they were all females. Clinical remission was achieved with azathioprine and low-dose steroid therapy.
