Abstract
Schwannoma is an uncommon tumor of nerve sheath that arises from any peripheral, cranial, or autonomic nerve. Only 4% of head and neck schwannomas originate from the sinonasal tract, and a finding of a schwannoma in the nasal septum is exceedingly rare. The authors experienced nasal septal schwannoma with the functional and aesthetic consideration of nasal contour. The authors present an open rhinoplasty approach for nasal septal schwannoma which has not been reported in the previous literature yet.Entities:
