Sir, We thank for your interest in the case report on “Orbital dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) with frontal and ethmoid sinus involvement in an Indian patient.”[12] It is obvious that due to low immunity, patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) are more vulnerable to various types of tumors in comparison to the immunocompetent individuals. Among these tumors, DFSP has been reported in HIV-positive patients.[3] As per hospital policy, all patients are investigated for HIV by ELISA method and further investigations such as CD4 count and viral overload are investigated only in case when ELISA is reactive. In the present case also, ELISA was non reactive and therefore further investigations were not done.
