Abstract
Team-based learning (TBL) is a learner-centered method widely used in health sciences education. The aim of this action research study was to determine the contribution of TBL to the learning experience of students participating in a nursing leadership course. The study was conducted in 2 cycles over 2 semesters, and TBL was embedded in regular class hours. Results suggest that TBL made positive contributions to student learning.Entities:
