Abstract
A new technique for aortopexy is described, which uses a dacron patch. The advantages of this procedure as compared with the classical technique are minimized trauma to the aortic wall and evenly distributed traction on the aorta over a large area. This technique was carried out successfully in eight patients with tracheomalacia.Entities:
