Figure 1A 2 cm skin incision was made in the umbilicus. A trocar attached to an access port was inserted into the abdominal cavity and carbon dioxide was insufflated.
Figure 2The hernia was viewed and diagnosed within the intraperitoneal cavity. This patient had recurrent hernia at the median part of the Kugel Patch.
Figure 3GelPOINT MINI was installed and carbon dioxide was insufflated to 8 mmHg before starting totally extraperitoneal hernia repair.
