Abstract
A 76-year-old man with metastatic prostate cancer and back pain was referred for palliative radiotherapy. Staging F-fluorocholine PET/CT scan revealed fluorocholine-avid prostate mass, extensive lymphadenopathy, lung nodules, and extensive osteolytic lesions throughout the axial skeleton. Prostate cancer bone metastases are predominantly sclerotic in nature. We present F-fluorocholine PET/CT imaging of prostate cancer with very rare lytic bone metastases.Entities:
