Abstract
Tetrahedral DNA nanostructures (TDNs) have gathered great attention and are being widely used in biomedicine. We demonstrated that autophagy increased after exposure to TDNs (250 nM) along with the up-regulation of several autophagy-related genes and proteins. TDNs enhanced cell autophagy through the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.Entities:
