ANCOVA test was used to compare the change from baseline in BDI score between the three groups; post-hoc ANCOVA was used for pair wise comparisons. There was a significant diference in mean BDI scores between PST and control groups (P<0.0001), PST and BUP ER groups (P<0.005); but not between BUP and control groups (P<0.282).
