Abstract
An elderly patient undergoing elective cholecystectomy, developed bilateral pneumothorax following intubation of the trachea and manual ventilation of the lungs. Diagnosis was confirmed by chest x-ray and drainage with wide bore cannulae. Drainage of the chest was necessary.Entities:
